Job summary

Seaport Entertainment Group seeks an Elves Infotainer for Enchant at Las Vegas Ballpark. You’ll greet guests, stay in character as an elf, guide guests through attractions, and support operations to ensure a magical experience for families and children during the November–December show period.

Candidates should enjoy performing, be guest-focused, adaptable, and able to stand for long periods. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays with compensation of $23–$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Background in theater, live performance, or themed entertainment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Ability to think on your feet, improvise in character, and entertain guests of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Spread Holiday Cheer: warmly greet guests, answer questions, and bring festive energy to every interaction.
• Perform as an Elf: stay in character, tell stories, and engage guests with playful humor.
• Guide the Sleigh: assist guests with wayfinding to attractions like Ice-Skating Trail, Santa’s Landing, and the Maze.
• Keep Spirits Bright: distribute giveaways, host light games or contests, and support sponsor activations.

The Company Las Vegas Ballpark, under the Seaport Entertainment Group umbrella, has partnered with Social House Entertainment to bring Enchant Christmas back to Las Vegas Ballpark in 2026. About The Role:

Do you have a flair for performance, a heart full of holiday cheer, and the energy to spread Christmas magic to thousands of guests? As an Elves Infotainer at Enchant, you’ll combine the responsibilities of an Event Staff member with the fun of playing a character. Dressed in an elf costume, you’ll delight guests with playful interactions, lighthearted entertainment, and helpful guidance, ensuring every moment at Enchant is as joyful as it is seamless.

What You Will Do:

• Spread Holiday Cheer: Warmly greet guests, answer questions, and bring festive energy to every interaction, creating a memorable experience for families and children.
• Perform as an Elf: Stay in character while engaging with guests, telling stories, sparking conversations, and adding playful humor to the holiday atmosphere.
• Guide the Sleigh: Assist guests with wayfinding, and navigating attractions such as the Ice-Skating Trail, Santa’s Landing, and the Maze.
• Keep Spirits Bright: Distribute giveaways, host light games or contests, and support sponsor activations with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Support Event Operations: Pitch in across all areas—from ticket scanning and Guest Services to the Skate Shop and Snow Slide—ensuring smooth operations and timely transitions.
• Shine in Every Detail: Monitor cleanliness, safety, and presentation in your zone, helping with setup, signage, props, and décor to keep the magic sparkling.
• Communicate & Collaborate: Use radios and best practices to stay connected, escalation guest concerns to supervisors, and work closely with teammates across departments.

About You:

• Reliable & Resilient: Punctual, dependable, and comfortable standing for long periods or lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team Spirit: Works well with supervisors, peers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver world‑class holiday magic.

Minimum Age:

16 years old.

Commitment:

• Training: Dates to be confirmed.
• Show Period: November 18 – December 30, 2026 (Afternoon/Evening Hours)
• Availability: Must be available throughout the show, including key dates around the holidays.

Compensation range:

Compensation range: $23-24 Hourly, Temporary/Seasonal
