Job summary

Walters Hospitality is seeking a dependable dishwasher to support events with fast, safe service and high cleanliness standards. You will hand wash items, load/unload the dishwasher, collect used dishes, and help keep kitchen areas stocked during peak times.

A Texas Food Handler license is required, and you must have at least 1 year in a similar role. You should be able to lift 30 lbs, stand 8–12 hours, and be available weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Texas Food Handler license required.
• Physically able to lift 30 lbs and stand 8–12 hours.
• Background check required; must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes during events and load/unload dishwasher.
• Collect used kitchenware, china, and glassware; hand wash as needed.
• Store cleaned items and maintain stock during peak times.
• Sanitize kitchen area including floors and ensure HACCP compliance.
• Contribute to a teamwork atmosphere and flexible scheduling.
