ASM Global's Bethel Woods Pavilion is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to keep the venue kitchen running smoothly during concerts, festivals, and large events. You will wash dishes, assist kitchen staff, and ensure a safe, organized work area while supporting high-volume service.

The role requires stamina to stand for long periods, the ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs, and a readiness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during events in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 30–40 lbs.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during events.

Responsabilidades

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand.
• Maintain a steady flow of clean dishes during high-volume events and peak service times.
• Properly store cleaned items in designated kitchen areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and keep dishwashing area clean and organized.
• Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and dish area as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks or light prep when required.
• Monitor dishwashing supplies (detergent, sanitizer, racks) and notify supervisors when low.
• Support breakdown and cleanup after events and concerts.
