Encore Event Center in Strongsville, Ohio is hiring a dedicated dishwasher to keep our busy event kitchen clean and organized. You will load and unload the dishwasher, assist with food prep, and help maintain a safe, efficient work area during weddings, corporate events, and other occasions.

Qualifications

• Stands for long periods.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds.
• Bends and moves quickly in tight spaces.
• Legally able to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a federal background check.
• Executes tasks independently and learns quickly.
• Able to work events and some day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, sort, and load dishes into the dishwasher.
• Monitor wash cycles and unload dishes.
• Sweep, scrub, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Bag and dispose of trash regularly.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and available.
• Assist with food prep and other kitchen tasks as needed.
• Handle delicate tableware to avoid breakage.
• General cleaning and upkeep of dish rooms and kitchens.
• Event dishwashing and event cleanup in Back of House.
• General janitorial duties when needed.
