What You'll Be Doing

As an Event Installer, you'll work alongside our team to:

• Set up and take down tents, tables, chairs, flooring, stages, and other event rental equipment.
• Load, unload, carry, and organize equipment.
• Travel with the crew to different event locations throughout South Florida.
• Help transform empty spaces into incredible event environments.
• Work safely and efficiently to make sure every event is ready on time.
• Take care of company equipment and respect our customers' properties.

No driver's license required.

You will travel to event locations with our assigned crew.

We're building our team and hiring for different availability levels:

• Full-Time: Our regular full-time event crew generally works at least 40 hours per week, with additional hours frequently available or required during busy periods.
• Part-Time: Opportunities for individuals seeking fewer weekly hours, depending on scheduling and event demand.
• On-Call / Event-Based: Flexible assignments based on upcoming events, availability, and operational needs. Ideal for people looking for supplemental work or interested in joining our talent pool.

Schedules may include weekdays, weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late nights. Part-time and on-call hours are not guaranteed.

What to Expect

This is an active, physically demanding position. You'll regularly lift and move rental equipment, spend much of your shift on your feet, and work outdoors in South Florida's heat and changing weather conditions.

You'll need to be comfortable working as part of a crew and following established safety procedures.
