Job DescriptionThe Event Housing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Informa Housing Team, contributing to both the Contracting & Sourcing and Housing Management functions. In this role, you will coordinate and administer hotel room block planning and execution across a portfolio of events. Manage RFP documentation, assist with contract preparation, maintain accurate data records, and support the implementation of attendee accommodation programs that align with Informa's standards for profitability, efficiency, and attendee satisfaction.
This role is based in our Irving, TX Office.
