Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of cleaning practices and supplies.
• Ability to understand and interpret instructions and MSDS sheets.
• Displays interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
• Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain or other adverse conditions.
• Requires lifting up to 30 pounds and standing or sitting for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors, doors, artwork, ashtrays, waste baskets, signs, windows and mirrors.
• Sanitize toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, counters and fixtures daily.
• Stock supplies and report shortages to Housekeeping Manager.
• Vacuum and tidy guest rooms, offices and meeting spaces daily.
• Dust all furniture and surfaces daily.
• Check and report maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Replenish towels, soap, glasses and amenities as needed.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and emergency policies are followed.
