Job summary

BackAlley Bowling in Northridge, United States is seeking an energetic Party Host to entertain guests and run birthday parties at our Northridge location. You will coordinate activities, engage with children, and ensure parties run on schedule while delivering friendly service.

Weekends are required, and you should love celebrating birthdays. No formal bowling expertise required, but basic knowledge helps; prior work with kids is a plus and you will report to the manager and help with setup and

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly and outgoing personality, good with children.
• Previous experience working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up & cleanup of all parties.
• Supervise & entertain children & guests.
• Serve food & beverage.
• Connect with children, have a rapport.
• Be aware of other products/services that we offer.
• Remain with their party at all times.
• Report any issues to the Manager.
• Interact with attendees to promote future parties.
• Completely clean the area where the party took place and restock all items used (chafing dishes, helium tank, party box, plates, utensils, pitchers, etc.)

Asa Party Host, you are the entertainer, cheerleader, social butterfly anddirector of activities. You will direct the party attendees so they follow a set schedule of events, but at the same time you will interact with partyguests, cater to their needs, cheer them on while they are bowling, and for children’sbirthday parties keep them excited and entertained by playing games and makingballoon animals. We really create the BEST birthday parties around and we arelooking for individuals who are out going and full of energy. Weekends arerequired. You must LOVE to celebrate BIRTHDAYS!
