Job summary

Legends Club seeks a host/moderator and community builder to ensure exceptional guest experiences in New York and other global cities. You will greet attendees, open conversations, and guide the evening to create a warm, engaging atmosphere.

You will manage on-site logistics, kick off introductions, balance dialogue, and close with concise notes for the team. Experience with premium hospitality and comfort with senior guests are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience hosting, moderating, or community management in premium hospitality.
• Comfortable with senior, high-profile individuals.
• Warm, sociable and well presented.
• Natural connector who remembers names.
• Calm, tactful, able to steer conversations.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Based in New York and available in evenings.

Legends is a private network that brings together a premium, high-level audience: senior decision-makers, business owners and leaders from around the world. We host intimate dinners for small groups of carefully selected guests in New York and other global cities.

We are looking for the person who makes these evenings work: a host, moderator and community builder in one.

THE ROLE

You own the guest experience from the first hello to the last conversation. You welcome every guest, open the evening, introduce people to each other and lead the conversation, especially in the first one to two hours. You make sure everyone is heard, the conversation flows and the atmosphere is warm, relaxed and engaging.

• Comfortable with senior, high-profile people: confident, never intimidated and never pushy
• Warm, sociable and well presented; you genuinely enjoy people and energise a group
• A natural connector who remembers names and sees what people have in common
• Calm and tactful, able to steer a conversation or stop someone politely when needed
• Spanish is a plus
• Based in New York and available in the evenings

WHAT WE OFFER

• Freelance, per evening, typically 18:00–22:00 plus a short prep call
