Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and requests.
• Suggestively sell extensions to the pre-ordered event package.
• Coordinate setup of tables and manage food & beverage service.
• Create a personal connection with event contacts and exceed guest needs.
• Assist guests with program names and explain safety precautions.
