• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests.
• Suggestively sell additional entertainment or food & beverage options.
• Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage food & beverage service.
• Create personal connections with event contacts and exceed guest needs.
