Responsibilities

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and special requests.
• Suggestively sell extensions to the pre-ordered event food and beverage.
• Coordinate the setup of all tables and manage the service of food and beverage.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and exceed guest needs.
• Assist guests with programming and safety precautions.
