Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver and/or properly store all food and beverage.
• Know all menu offerings.
• Follow setup and breakdown processes.
• Understand event paperwork and reports.
• Establish rapport with guests and use upselling techniques.
• Maintain location appearance guidelines and safety practices.
• Operate with urgency and professionalism.
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
• Manage equipment maintenance and post-event inventories.
• Assist fellow employees as needed.
• Stand for long periods and engage with guests physically.
• Lift/move materials up to 50 pounds.
