Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is hiring at UW–Madison to provide welcoming, professional guest services at games, concerts, and campus events. You will greet and guide guests, scan tickets, and help manage entry points.

You will work in a close-knit team, follow safety procedures, communicate clearly with visitors and colleagues, and report concerns to supervisors. Training in guest services and event safety is provided, with opportunities to grow within GardaWorld network.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide guests at games, concerts, and campus events.
• Scan tickets and monitor entry points.
• Support crowd flow while following safety and security procedures.
• Communicate clearly with visitors and team members.
• Respond calmly to questions or minor issues, and report concerns to supervisors.
• Receive training in guest services and event safety.
• Gain experience in event operations with opportunities to grow within the GardaWorld network.
