Job summary

Allied Universal in Buffalo, NY is seeking Event Staff for Highmark Stadium. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, $18.00 per hour, and the chance to be part of a dynamic team delivering safe, enjoyable experiences at games and events.

You will welcome guests, usher seating, collect tickets, direct foot traffic, and help maintain clean, efficient venues. Must be 18+, HS diploma, pass background check, and demonstrate outstanding communication and guest-service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and post-offer pre-employment drug/alcohol test; Driver's Record check may be required.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Direct entry into venues, may collect/scan tickets, verify wristbands/badges, direct traffic.
• Follow policies and procedures of different venues and events.
• Greet guests sincerely on arrival and thank them on departure.
• Provide directions to enhance guests' entertainment experience.
• Maintain a friendly, clear communication style throughout interactions.
