Job summary

Legends Global in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a part-time F&B Runner to support daily concession operations at our venue. The role requires stocking, inventory rotation, and coordination with the Food & Beverage team under the guidance of the Senior Food & Beverage Manager.

Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down concession locations, restocking, recording monthly inventory, and maintaining cleanliness of storage areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of foodservice and/or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience bartending preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.
• Clear Credit Screen required.

Responsibilities

• Rotates inventory practicing FIFO (first in, first out).
• Restock storage areas and concession locations with incoming product deliveries, ensuring inventory is organized, rotated, and ready for service.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of storage areas and concession stands.
• Product transfers; pre-event and during event, ensures proper storage.
• Set-up and tear-down of portable concession locations.
• Follow and receive direction from Food & Beverage Managers.
• Assist with recording of monthly inventory.
• Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers, clients and guests.
• Follows checklists and standard operating procedures.
• Punches clock in full uniform, ready to work, no earlier than ten minutes prior to shift.
