Harper Group seeks a Trade Show Inventory & Asset Technician in Hauppauge, NY to manage and audit trade show exhibits and components. You will inventory, inspect for quality, and prepare assets for shipment, including uncrating, inspection, and recrating.

You will coordinate with project managers and logistics teams, track shipments, and follow safety procedures. The role requires detail, warehouse organization, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with inventory, warehouse, or trade shows preferred.
• Ability to read packing lists and shipping docs.

Responsabilités

• Audit and maintain inventory of exhibits and fixtures.
• Inspect structures for damage or wear.
• Verify inventory with scans or reports.
• Uncrate and inspect incoming materials.
• Recrate assets with proper packing.
• Organize warehouse for access and efficiency.
• Document discrepancies and repairs.
• Label and track assets and containers.
• Assist with loading/unloading freight using equipment.
• Perform minor repairs or coordinate repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse.
• Prepare exhibits with project teams for events.
