Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Environmental Services employee for the Long Beach Convention Center. You will clean designated areas and maintain overall facility cleanliness during and after events, using appropriate cleaning materials and following safety protocols.

The position reports to the Environmental Services Manager and requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This role is covered by Unite Here Local 11 collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years custodial/housekeeping experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives daily assignments from Supervisor/Manager and communicates duties to team members.
• Performs cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Uses cleaning chemicals/materials per MSDS and maintains facility cleanliness.
• Ensures completion of all tasks during events or shifts.
• Notifies supervisor of equipment needs or low supplies.
• Adheres to dress code and safety guidelines.
• Follows Legends Global policies and Environmental Services Dept. procedures.
