Job summary

Catered Creations, Inc. is hiring for a versatile on-site role serving as a delivery driver, buffet setup, event staff, and back-of-house support.

You will drive company vehicles to client locations, set up buffets, and assist our event teams to ensure smooth, memorable service for corporate meetings, weddings, and celebrations across West Michigan. The role blends independent delivery work with teamwork on full-service events.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older due to vehicle insurance requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Able to drive vans/box trucks in all seasons.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Professional, friendly communication with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles to event locations and load/unload supplies.
• Independently set up buffets and assist with event service or full-service events.
• Capture clear photos of setups and communicate with on-site contacts.
• Return equipment and breakdown buffets, ensuring venues are respected and clean.
