Job summary

CORT Tradeshow and Events in Stoughton, MA is hiring non-CDL drivers to deliver, set up, and pick up furnishings for trade shows and events. You will supervise temporary staff, ensure safety, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction through professional on-site service.

This role requires driving box trucks or sprinter vans, with pay at $25/hour and a schedule that includes weekends. Comprehensive benefits and overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and varied hours.
• Minimum age 21 with a valid state driver’s license.
• 12 months driving a 24-foot box truck or larger vehicle.
• Must be able to lift 100+ pounds with a partner and move furniture safely.
• Comply with FMCSA regulations and maintain MVR standards.
• Able to pass a road test and hold a valid DOT medical certificate.
• Read/speak English sufficiently for safety and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure furniture in trucks and maintain correct loading order.
• Attend pre-delivery meetings and coordinate with operations for smooth events.
• Perform pre/post trip truck inspections and keep trucks clean.
• Complete all paperwork and logs using electronic devices.
• Drive box trucks or sprinter vans to delivery sites and ensure safety.
• Install/assemble furniture per floor plans and client instructions.
• Inspect deliveries for damage and ensure no items are left behind.
• Provide on-site customer service and address client questions.
• Supervise temporary staff and coordinate on-site delivery tasks.
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
