Job summary

CORT Tradeshow and Events is hiring immediately for non-CDL drivers in Phoenix, AZ. You will safely drive box trucks or sprinter vans, deliver and install furniture at events, supervise temporary staff, and support warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and varied hours.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license in state of residency.
• At least 3 months driving a 24-foot box truck; 1 year preferred.
• Able to lift 100+ pounds with a partner.
• Ability to comply with FMCSA regulations.
• Maintain DOT Medical Certificate and pass physical.
• Pass road test per FMCSA/CORT requirements.
• Acceptable MVR per CORT's Safe Driving Standards.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks safely and verify loading order.
• Attend pre-delivery meetings and coordinate with team.
• Perform pre/post trip truck inspections.
• Complete delivery documentation and FMCSA logs.
• Drive box trucks or sprinter vans on delivery routes.
• Install and assemble furniture per floor plans.
• Inspect furniture and load pickups; ensure nothing left behind.
• Provide onsite customer service during deliveries and setups.
• Supervise temporary labor onsite and direct tasks.
• Perform warehouse duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
