Oak View Group is a global leader in venue development, management, and hospitality services for live events. We provide comprehensive solutions for world-class venues, including arenas, convention centers, festivals, and cultural institutions.

The Server, Field Level - Event Day will deliver exceptional hospitality during MLS Home matches at Subaru Park. This is an event-based role requiring flexibility, focusing on providing top-notch food and beverage service, ensuring guest needs are met professionally, maintaining cleanliness and organization. The role involves approximately 18-25 events per year, including MLS matches and other events.

This position pays $14.00/hour and is tip eligible. Benefits include a 401(k) Savings Plan and matching for part-time roles. The position remains open until August 1, 2025.

Subaru Park, in Chester, PA, hosts the Philadelphia Union and other events, with the MLS season running from March to November. Working here offers a chance to be part of the action and deliver excellent service in a vibrant stadium environment.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Gathering required items such as menus, service carts, beverages, utensils, and supplies for shifts.
  2. Assisting in setting up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and ensuring stations are stocked.
  3. Providing friendly, professional guest interactions, anticipating needs, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints.
  4. Maintaining inventory and cleanliness of service areas and food stations.
  5. Working independently during slower periods and adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
  6. Being punctual, available for all scheduled events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in catering, events, banquets, or restaurants (or equivalent).
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.
  • RAMP Certification required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
