This is a part-time seasonal role at Dick's Sporting Goods Park, home of the Colorado Rapids, on event days. Must be at least 18 years old.

The Role

A Cashier is responsible for timely, efficient, and accurate cash and credit card transactions and reporting. They will also set up, maintain, stock, and clean their workstation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve simple menu items to guests.
• Sell items, collect payments, and give correct change.
• Ensure superior customer satisfaction through interaction.
• Enter all sales accurately, following PCI requirements.
• Perform closing duties like cleanup, storage, and trash removal.
• Provide quick, friendly, and accurate service.
• Verify I.D. for alcohol sales during every transaction.
• Upsell and suggest additional items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Collaborate with co-workers to meet service and safety standards.
• Perform arithmetic operations involving monetary units.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive interaction with co-workers and guests.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Availability for extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Mobility to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Must meet health requirements and pass alcohol certification.

Event Dates

Start times typically between 3-4 pm. Scheduled dates include June 7, 14, 25; July 4, 12, 20, 31; August 3, 9, 16, 28-31; September 13, 27; October 18. Additional events like playoffs or concerts may be added.
