Job summary

asmglobal is seeking an event day team member in Tempe, AZ to assist with day-of duties and guest flow. The role reports to the Office Manager and supports with check-in areas, meals, and general event operations.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift as needed, and adapt to varying shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining safety and positive guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work long periods of time with constant standing, walking, and lifting.
• Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations.
• Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service.
• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including: mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor.
