Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Concessions Supervisor responsible for supporting all concessions and in-seat service operations. You will manage staff during events, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with service standards.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting all health requirements for food and beverage service. Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, is essential.

Job description

The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in‑seat service operations for Legends Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and counseling event staff.
• Directly manage event‑day staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain and control high‑volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance with corporate procedures.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory procedures.
• Conduct physical audits of inventory and product, research, and perform reconciliations.

Safety Requirements

• Practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Complete company‑wide safety training and any additional job‑specific safety training.
• Encourage the team to follow safety policies, report unsafe conditions, and report all safety incidents to the risk management system on the same day they are observed.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, including up and down stairs/ramps.
• Work in an open‑air environment during all climate conditions.
• Perform tasks requiring constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

• Meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks that include constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
