Overview

Under the direction of Security Department supervisors and managers, the incumbent provides security coverage to ensure adequate protection for the safety of patrons and team members. Safeguards the assets of the organization, its guests, and team members. Promotes an outgoing, friendly, guest-oriented demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist patrons with inquiries and situations, including providing information about the property and events, giving directions, and escorting them if necessary.
  2. Prepare detailed incident reports clearly and precisely.
  3. Assist in the coordination and resolution of emergency situations.
  4. Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service by discreetly notifying managers of concerns.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent required, with at least one (1) year of guest service experience or equivalent education and experience.
  2. Previous experience in Event/Nightclub Security, Law Enforcement, or Military preferred.
  3. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
