Alvies in Austin, TX is seeking an Event Crew Leader and Driver who thrives around people and guests. You will drive to events in a Ford Transit F250 Cargo van, help guests, support the team, and ensure safe, smooth setup and breakdown.

This role starts part-time 20–25 hours per week with potential to move to full-time. Candidates must have a clean driving record, pass a background check, lift 50 lbs, and bring a proactive, upbeat attitude, strong communication, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Ford Transit F250 Cargo van, to and from events
• Roll out the red carpet for guests to have the best experience in the industry by supporting the event hostess in preparation, setup, and break-down
• Manage inventory needed for each event, ensure all is loaded and ready to roll out
• Unload and ensure inventory is restocked, checked back in
• Inspect assigned vehicle each day

Job description

Alvies is looking for an Event Crew Leader and Driver that gets energy from being around people. The role is responsible for creating exceptional in-person experiences at events by helping guests and supporting the team. At our daily events, you will drive, move products, manage inventory. It's important that you use great judgment and keep your head on a swivel, staying safe and focused while helping to create an amazing experience for our guests.

What You'll Do

• Operate a Ford Transit F250 Cargo van, to and from events
