Job summary

Bath Planet of Salt Lake City is seeking an events coordinator to lead our field marketing across Salt Lake City and surrounding communities. You will book events, manage a team of demonstrators, generate leads, and work events in person.

This hands-on leadership role owns the full event lifecycle—from securing opportunities to executing events and driving measurable results, with base salary plus commissions and a flexible work environment that may include remote administrative work.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Background in customer-facing roles such as event marketing, retail, sales, or promotions.
• Experience recruiting and hiring preferred.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and representing the brand in person.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods at events.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and administrative tasks.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Book and secure weekly events and shows throughout the assigned territory
• Plan, coordinate, and execute event schedules for yourself and your team
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of Event Demonstrators
• Ensure booths are properly set up, staffed, and broken down at every event
• Actively work events, engage customers, and generate qualified leads
• Drive lead generation efforts that directly impact sales and revenue
• Monitor inventory, productivity, labor, and budgets on a weekly basis
• Set and track performance goals for each event, week, and month
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership and internal teams

We are actively building a high-performing Event Marketing Department to represent our brand at trade shows, festivals, home shows, and community events. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will directly contribute to results and team success.

Position Overview
