Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes #287 in Indianapolis is seeking an Event Coordinator to oversee Gainbridge Fieldhouse events. You will lead a small event team, schedule staff, and ensure standards are met.

You will drive the company vehicle to events, set up/tear down, uphold health and safety standards, upsell ticket sales, and coordinate with the Bakery Manager on Par needs. Availability for late-night events during both week and weekend is required.

Looking for joyful salespeople who are very comfortable talking to guests and someone who is very organized. Must have availability to work late night events during both the week and weekends. This position may be helping frost Bundtlets for these events in store depending on needs and ensuring full time hours are met.
