Job summary

Peak Retirement Planning, Inc. is seeking an energetic events coordinator to help plan and manage our community client events and team activities.

You will coordinate logistics, work with venues and speakers, and track performance metrics to continuously improve our offerings. This role supports our fast-growing team and reflects our commitment to delivering White Glove service to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating large-scale client, team, and educational events.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience coordinating with venues, speakers, and internal staff to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Help plan client, team, and educational events in the community (100+ events per year).
• Coordinate event logistics: venue booking, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
• Track and report key event metrics to guide improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and internal staff for smooth event delivery.
• Support other operations team tasks and projects as needed.
