Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and creative individual with a passion for organizing and executing memorable events? We’re looking for an Event Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing a variety of events, ensuring they run smoothly and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and coordinate events from start to finish, including corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and social events.
  2. Work with clients to understand event goals, requirements, and expectations.
  3. Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (venues, caterers, entertainment, etc.) to ensure all event needs are met.
  4. Handle event logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and creating event timelines.
  5. Manage event budgets and ensure all aspects of the event are completed within budget constraints.
  6. Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing, sales, and other departments.
  8. Develop and manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees before, during, and after events.
  10. Collect feedback and generate reports on event outcomes, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination (experience with corporate events is a plus).
  3. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes or issues.
  6. Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with clients, vendors, and teams.
