Job summary

IntePros is seeking an experienced Event Content Project Manager to coordinate end-to-end breakout session content for large-scale events. You will work closely with Product Marketing, stakeholders, customers, speakers, and external vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and on-time content across topic tracks.

This role requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple workstreams and senior-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3+ years in event management, project management, event marketing, or related field.
• Experience managing event content development and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and execution skills.
• Experience with vendors, customers, and senior-level stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the development and execution of event breakout session content across assigned topic tracks.
• Establish project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and content review schedules.
• Partner with product marketing teams, session owners, customer speakers, and internal stakeholders to ensure content quality and readiness.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution to keep initiatives on track.
• Lead coordination efforts with external vendors, customers, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain content development strategies, delivery plans, and project documentation.
• Support budget planning, resource allocation, and project reporting activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, content reviews, and status updates for leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders.
• Contribute to onboarding resources, process documentation, and staffing analysis initiatives to support future event planning.
