Lead stakeholder engagement across Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Messaging—partnering with leaders from VP to IC to sustain operating cadences through each development cycle. Own internal GTM communications for every release in the coverage window, defining messaging, rollout timing, and channels that drive global field awareness and adoption. Plan release cascades for each kit launch by clearly communicating what changed, which sessions and tracks are affected, and what speakers need to know to adopt updates quickly. Enable speaker readiness for strategic keynote and session moments through prep calls, talk tracks, speaker guides, and approved keynote guidance. Co-manage content production and quality by coordinating overlapping timelines, stakeholder reviews, feedback, and joint QA to protect brand integrity, content accuracy, and visual consistency.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and keep teams aligned through active development cycles and concurrent release timelines. Strong messaging and GTM communication judgment, with the ability to maintain a consistent narrative across regions and audiences. Experience translating adoption and engagement data into improvements, including maintaining feedback loops and tracking metrics that quantify business impact. Ability to govern intake and priorities by screening requests for strategic value, timing, and effort—escalating trade-offs when they threaten planned releases or message integrity. Comfort working in a high-visibility environment where on-time delivery, speaker enablement, and content quality are critical to success.
