Job summary

PRO EM is seeking dependable drivers to perform labor-intensive tasks at job sites and heavy construction projects. You will operate hand and power tools, and assist with setup and cleanup for events. Must have a valid license and reliable driving record, with the ability to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities include loading equipment, route planning, and helping crew leads. Night and weekend shifts may be required; construction experience is a plus and bilingual English/Spanish is

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License; CDL A/B is a plus
• Clean driving record
• One-year experience driving large trucks
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to drive 24’ box trucks and pull trailers
• Ability to lift up 50+ lbs
• Flexible schedules including nights and weekends
• Construction experience a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform simple vehicle maintenance
• Keep supervisor informed of any vehicle problems
• Keep assigned vehicle(s) clean inside and outside
• Load and unload event equipment
• Assist with set-up and installation of equipment and products for events
• Read and interpret maps and driving directions to plan routes
• Assist crew leads as needed
• Set up tents, tables, chairs, and stages as directed by the Project Manager
• Construct temporary fencing and place road barricades
• Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
• Perform other duties as assigned
