Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food & beverage settings.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage staff and guests.
• Proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems.
• Smart Serve certification is essential for alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup and readiness of all concession stands before events.
• Assign duties and ensure staffing coverage and efficiency.
• Monitor food production, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
• Train staff on procedures, guest service, and safety standards.
• Backfill positions as needed to maintain service quality.
• Support Premium Services operations for special events.
• Maintain a clean, safe, harassment-free work environment and address safety issues.
• Supervise alcohol service, including ID checks and avoiding over-service.
• Assist with POS transactions and guest interactions as needed.
• Ensure equipment is working and sanitation standards are met.
• Enforce policies and provide coaching and HR-related support.
