Responsibilities

• Sells concessions, including soft drinks and various food items, to customers at events.
• Serves customers efficiently and with a friendly attitude following steps of service.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Performs sales transactions and records purchases in the cash register.
• Makes change, accepts payments, and issues receipts.
• Responsible for change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenishes condiments, maintains cleanliness of concession area.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
