Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Wamiliar with basic sanitation and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Sells concessions, including drinks and food items, to customers at events.
• Serves customers efficiently and with a friendly demeanor.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints; relays information to supervisor.
• Stocks beverage, food and snack items at the concession location.
• Performs sales transactions and records purchases in the POS system.
• Replenishes condiments and maintains cleanliness of the concession area.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
