This role will help sell, plan, and execute all aspects of events—from food and beverage to rentals and client liaison. You will prepare proposals, coordinate rentals, and ensure timely follow-up with clients throughout the event process, with a view to growing into an

Qualifications

• One year experience in Catering and/or event planning.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely response and exceptional service to clients.
• Prepare proposals and event orders for events and meetings with great attention to detail.
• Facilitate rental appointments and venue walkthroughs for planned events.
• Coordinate event process from consultation to execution.
• Support Operations team during the preparation process to streamline event details.
• Work Saturdays as an Event Manager, Bartender, or Server.
