Job summary

Pritchard Industries, Inc. is seeking a part-time Janitorial Supervisor for the Kansas Memorial Stadium site in Lawrence. The role oversees cleaning operations, schedules labor, and enforces safety and quality standards while coordinating with the Site Manager.

The supervisor will train team members, maintain shift records, and ensure all tasks align with client expectations. Bilingual Spanish reading is a plus, and all work will be performed on-site during event shifts.

Qualifications

• Follow instructions from supervisor to complete tasks
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
• Must read, write and communicate effectively in English; bilingual Spanish reading preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and execute cleaning operations for assigned shifts
• Control labor hours and labor, materials, and equipment costs
• Communicate safety, productivity, and quality standards and enforce them
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and labor are available to complete tasks
• Provide employee training and communicate company policies
• Conduct inspections and team meetings throughout shifts
• Respond to client requests and report incidents immediately
• Maintain shift records and ensure task completion with proper sign-offs
