Job summary

RUPP Arena in Lexington, KY is hiring a Part-Time Post/Event Cleaner (7 PM to 5 AM). Pay rate is $15 an hour. You’ll perform cleaning duties to keep the arena facilities sanitary and ready for events.

The role requires reliability, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and following supervisor instructions. Prior cleaning experience is a plus, and you must have reliable transportation. Hiring events will be held Sept 16-17 with on-site interviews.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, mop, sweep floors and remove trash.

BASIC FUNCTION

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Groupis seeking to hire aPostEvent Cleaner. As a Post-event Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal restroom and break room cleaning, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude & appearance and be self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.

Hiring Event (Optional, but encouraged):

We will be hosting an in-person hiring event on September 16 and September 17 from 8AM to 3:30PM at Rupp Arena at Central Bank Center 430 W Vine St; Lexington, KY 40507. Walk-ins are welcome and candidates may receive same-day interviews.
