Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time EVENT CATERING WAIT STAFF positions.
• Location: Saratoga Springs - 743 Pierce Road, Clifton Park, NY 12065. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules. Monday - Sunday, hours may vary. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train.
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Assembles, delivers, sets-up, and serves food and beverages at on-premise and off-premise events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies for catered events.
• Arranges tables and decorations.
• Sets buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Cleans and packs dishes and utensils.
• Returns unserved foods and equipment.
• Ensures attractive display of foods.
• Handles food items properly during preparation.
• Serves food neatly and attractively.
• Keeps display equipment clean.
• Prepares food and tables before events.
• Serves plated dinners and responds to guest requests.
• Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, opens wine, takes drink orders.
• Cleans venue after events and assists with inventory and storage.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Must meet applicable health requirements for food handlers.
