The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability during event-based hours, adherence to dress code and safety protocols, and the ability to handle equipment and supplies. Previous catering or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Dress code compliance required.
• Available for event-based hours.
• Training in Food Handling and Alcohol Service completed or willing to complete.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service per client requests and banquet orders.
• Transport and deliver catering food, beverages, and supplies.
• Arrange chairs, tables, buffet lines, and other event equipment.
• Replenish food and beverage during events.
• Maintain cleanliness of food service areas during events.
• Pickup and clean up deliveries after service.
• Break down and store equipment after events.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
