Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is hiring for Barista positions at Carroll University in Waukesha, WI. Full-time and part-time shifts are available from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays and 1:00 pm to 12:00 am on weekends, with an option for PM shifts.

Prior experience with recipes, drinks, acai bowls, and food prep is required. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with training provided and meals offered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience following recipes and blending drinks.
• Ability to prepare acai bowls and other food prep as ordered.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders and beverages using standard recipes.
• Enters orders into POS and handles cash/credit transactions.
• Maintains cleanliness of service area and ensures proper food temperatures.
• Follows HACCP guidelines for food safety and presentation.
• Greets customers and explains menu items to support sales.
