MTM LLC is seeking a Brand Ambassador to create a positive customer experience and drive sales at events, fairs, and stores in our community. You will engage attendees, answer questions about products, and help generate qualified leads for the direct sales team.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, enjoys being active in public settings, and can stand for extended periods while representing MTM LLC with professionalism and energy at multiple venues.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work most weekends.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to drive a conversation.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic personality; able to engage with attendees.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally at all stores, events, fairs, festivals, community events, and similar venues.
• Be outgoing, upbeat, and actively engaging with homeowners, answer questions, and create a positive first impression.
• Act as a subject matter expert for prospective customers by answering questions about our products and services while showcasing our unique value proposition and areas of expertise.
• Obtain complete information from prospective customers for scheduling appointments and entering homeowners into our sweepstakes.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized booth or promotions area with marketing materials readily available.
• Follow all security protocols for safeguarding technology equipment.
• Work well without close supervision and keep the manager informed of daily activities and challenges.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including calling prospective leads and other marketing tasks.
