Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Event Day Beverage Coordinator at the PPG Paints Arena to oversee beverage warehouse operations and staff during events. You will ensure proper setup, inventory accuracy, and timely service to guests while coordinating with the Beverage Supervisor and other Premium departments.

The role requires supervisory experience in beverage or food service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle busy event environments.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Beverage or Food Supervisory experience or other relevant supervisory roles.
• At least 1 year of Front of House food service operations experience.
• Includes required trainings such as Alcohol Training, HACCP, ServSafe, Environmental Awareness, Safe S.T.E.P., Personal Hygiene & Health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general operation of the warehouse area on event days.
• Supervise all warehouse and beverage staff.
• Verify that service area setups are ready for each event start.
• Delegate beverage runs to event-day staff for suites.
• Maintain inventory tracking and complete inventory paperwork.
• Ensure clean, organized beverage warehouse and proper close-out after events.
• Respond to customer concerns and communicate issues to Beverage Supervisor.
