Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Event Day Beverage Coordinator to oversee the beverage warehouse and event-day operations at PPG Paints Arena. You will manage staff, ensure proper set-up, coordinate with suites and other departments, and maintain inventory accuracy for each event.

The role requires at least 1 year of beverage/FOH supervisory experience, strong organizational and customer-service skills, and adherence to Aramark/PPG trainings.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Beverage or Food Supervisory experience or other relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in Front of House food service operations.
• All standard Aramark & PPG Paints Arena trainings, including Alcohol Training, Safety Topics, Customer Service, Cash Handling & POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general operation of the beverage warehouse on event days.
• Supervise warehouse and beverage staff.
• Verify set-up of service areas before events.
• Assist with placing orders in suites.
• Delegate beverage runs to event staff for suites.
• Maintain inventory tracking for catering areas when needed.
• Complete inventory paperwork for each event.
• Ensure inventory control and accountability.
• Supervise and maintain cleanliness of the beverage warehouse.
• Close the beverage warehouse at the end of each event.
