Job summary

Historic Tennessee Theatre Foundation seeks a part-time bartender to provide exceptional service at our historic Knoxville venue during events. You will be the frontline ambassador, delivering beverages, ensuring responsible alcohol service, and contributing to a welcoming patron experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in bartending or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required alcohol service certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per regulations and Theatre policies.
• Provide friendly, customer-focused service during events.
• Verify guest age and monitor alcohol consumption for responsible service.
• Process cash and card transactions with the POS system.
• Maintain clean, stocked bar areas before, during, and after events.
