Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be CPR/AED and First Aid certified or obtain certification within two months.
• Current TIPS certification, Safe Food Handler, and BASSET (or similar) certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages professionally.
• Keep and account for bar tabs and sales via register.
• Verify guests' ages (21+) by checking IDs.
• Follow laws on alcohol service and respond to signs of intoxication.
• Ensure safe events by coordinating with rental party, caterer, DJ, etc.
• Monitor events for guest and facility safety.
• Maintain records (attendance, incident reports, etc.).
• Interact professionally with staff and the public.
• Support risk management and safety procedures.
• Provide first aid as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized bar area and equipment.
• Communicate with event staff and supervisors for smooth operations.
• Follow district policies and safety guidelines.
