Job summary

LaBelle Winery is seeking a professional, high energy bartender to serve classical cocktails and new beverages to LaBelle Lights and Event customers. You will work directly with customers by mixing and serving drinks, greet guests, verify age, and demonstrate knowledge of drinks and tasting notes.

You must be able to handle payments, manage inventory, maintain bar cleanliness, and work well in a team. Occasional lifting and standing for long hours are required; nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be over 18 years old
• Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong task and time management abilities
• Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and occasionally 50lbs
• Team player and ability to work behind a bar/barn/or outdoor hut

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers by mixing and serving drinks
• Greet customers

• Maintain traditional and classy drinks knowledge
• Process payments and handle cash/credit/debit transactions
• Manage inventory and bar supplies
• Keep bar area clean and organized
• Upsell items and create new recipes
• Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations
• Operate POS systems
• Climb stairs and move around work area
• Support other duties as needed

LaBelle Winery is seeking a professional, high energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our LaBelle Lights and Event customers.

• Work directly with customers by mixing and serving drinks
• Greet customers
• Verifying age
• Clear knowledge on alcohol pairing and tastes
• Clear knowledge on traditional and classy drinks
• Processing payments
• Managing inventory
• Cleaning bar supplies
• Upsell items
• Create recipes
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations
• Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions ensuring charges are accurate.
• Ability to use POS systems
• Ability to work as a team
• Lifting ice and carrying cases of liquor when needed.
• Other job duties may be assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma, must be over 18 years old
• Additional education, training, certificates or experience required
• Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong task and time management abilities.
• Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods of time
• Frequently lifting up to 25lbs with the ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend in tight areas such as behind the bar/barn/or outdoor hut.
• Ability to climb stairs
• Standing for 6-8 hours may be required.
• Moving intermittently during work hours
