Oak View Group, located at the Bismarck Event Center, seeks a Barback to support bartenders during events. The role is part-time, with an hourly pay of $17.00–$18.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities include stocking, cleaning, and assisting with beverage service in a fast-paced setting. Competenze

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment.
• Able to work in a team during events.
• Clear, professional communication with staff and guests.
• Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
• Basic math for inventory calculations.

Mansioni

• Stock products for the bar, including beverages and icing wells.
• Sweep and mop the bar area.
• Move kegs and tap kegs as needed.
• Draft beer and pour wine for guests; restock supplies for bartenders.
• Ensure equipment is operable and clean before events.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and sanitation throughout shifts.
• Identify intoxicated guests and alert bartenders.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance per company standards.
